Special thanks to @twind1st for helping me put my vision on wax. We recorded this entire tape in a matter of 2 weeks; though I have been drafting ideas inconsistently over 2 yrs. None of the work on this tape reflects what I had in mind 2 years back. I believe time is everything. Time led me into meeting great people with so much talent and insight. In the midst of recording with @Twind1st you had a baby and even had the studio remodeled. I know you got tired of me going back and re-recording to get that perfect sound.But I thank you so much man. S/O to my family. Special shoutout to my sisters Kiara and Kyra. And thank you mommy and daddy, you were/are my biggest fans...every since the beginning of all this. S/O to C.J at Lowes who helped me build that sound box from scratch when I was just starting out. I'll never forget any of the conversations I had that inspired me. So to those that gave me tips, & motivated me....thank YOU. This tape was so important to me, as I enter a new chapter in my Life. I don't know what to expect, but I know if I keep love as the foundation-I won't be anything but happy. Let this Tape inspire you-to not only continue to love, grow and learn; but to experience and give. I didn't write these songs to speak to you as a rapper/I wrote these songs as an imperfect person that understands fear, pain, lost, joy, love, and depression. I hope y'all can look at these songs, not just as a song but an autobiography--a soundtrack, to move you to do whatever it is that you love. Remember the top 3 things in life is Love, Happiness, & Faith! If you have faith, the love that encircles that faith will move you to see things as God does-bringing true and yet genuine happiness! It's crazy it took me so long to understand the very things I've been searching for are the simplicities in life; that are free yet valuable and can amount to so much.
